Instant Classic.

One of my favorite graphics and shapes for a skateboard deck so far has been ” The license plate deck“. I knew it had strong wood, Canadian rock maple, a great shape and perfect concave, but who knew it would become not only a great board for the streets but a great addition to many art collections. Many of the people who bought the board to skate, now want one as a art piece and some that got the board as a wall hanger now want to take it the streets, so,  you asked for it, here it is, “The license plate deck” Re- issue!

Work smart not hard.

For 2017 one of the things I am going to focus on is having and using the right tools. one tool I am in need of is a new computer. I finely broke down and got a new laptop, it was time for an upgrade, it sounded like a small aircraft was starting its engine when ever I turned it on. A wise man once told me you have to have the right tools for the job or you will be working twice as hard,work smart, not hard.

The right tools can be different things too,like people for example, you have to know the people around you and utilize there gifts and talents, don’t just shop local, look local and put ya team on. Happy new year everyone, may this year year be ya best year!

Merry new year!

When I think of Christmas several things come to mind, i think of watching a Christmas story, Die hard, and probably my favorite movie of all time, trading places. I think about family and how lucky and fortunate I am. The holidays are bitter sweet for me because I have lost both my parents and I will always miss that version of Christmas but I am creating new versions of Christmas and the holidays with my own family and I count my blessings and am thankful for the memories and the opportunities to make new ones.

Represent!

I hate the cold weather, I love to wear winter gear though, especially jeans and hoodies but I hate winter. This winter I will stay fresh to deaf and the first time comfortable, No more bulky and uncomfortable shit by some brand that doesn’t have any sole, fashion and function for me from hear out.  Wichita Kansas is part of me, its a part of everything I do, even thought its cold as polar bear feet here,  I am a proud Kansan, so it will reflect in every design I have and every garment I make.
